I make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and pricing are as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen or device.
Because many items are handmade and made to order, small variations may occur. I believe this is part of the charm of handmade work and not a fault.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including where there is an error in pricing, product information, or availability. If this happens after payment has been made, I will contact you and refund any amount paid.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.
I reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
Processing and delivery

Any delivery dates or timeframes shown on the website are estimates only and may occasionally vary, especially during busy periods or where delays are caused by postal services or customs processing.
Personalised and made-to-order items
Many of my items are personalised or made to order.
Because of this, please take care when entering names, dates, wording, or other custom details, as I will make your item using the information you provide.
Under UK consumer law, personalised goods are generally exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right that applies to many online purchases. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may have rights under UK consumer law.
Where an item is non-personalised and eligible for cancellation under UK distance selling rules, customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in my Returns Policy and applicable law.

All content on this website, including text, images, product photographs, branding, logos and designs, belongs to Delicious Monster Tea unless otherwise stated.
