Exchanges
I’m currently able to offer exchanges on non-personalised items only.
To arrange an exchange, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact me as soon as possible if your item is damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item. I’ll do everything I can to put things right.
Non-returnable items
I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- personalised or custom items
- sale items
- gift cards

Refunds
Due to the small nature of my business, I’m currently unable to offer refund. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me - I’ll always do my best to help!
