Processing times

My current lead time is 6 - 8 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Need it sooner? A limited number of Rush Order Upgrades are made available each week.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

- UK orders: 1–3 working days

- International orders: 5–15 working days

Please note that international delivery times can sometimes be longer if there are delays at customs.

Delivery costs

Delivery is charged at checkout as follows:

- UK & Channel Islands: Free

- US and Canada: £12.00

- Oceania: £8.00

- Everywhere else (non-EU*): £8.00

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties or taxes when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included at checkout.

*EU customers: Due to complicated new European Union customs regulations and fees, I have temporarily paused shipping to countries within the European Union. If you would still like to order, I would recommend using an international mail forwarding service. Many apologies for any disappointment!

Delays

Sometimes delivery can take a little longer than expected, especially for international orders if there are customs delays. Unfortunately this is beyond my control - I appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
