Processing times

Due to an unprecedented volume of orders, my current lead time is 6 - 8 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Need it sooner? A limited number of Rush Order Upgrades are made available each week.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

- UK orders: 1–3 working days

- International orders: 5–15 working days

Please note that international delivery times can sometimes be longer if there are delays at customs.

Delivery costs

Delivery is charged at checkout as follows:

- UK & Channel Islands: Free

- Europe: £7.00

- US and Canada: £12.00

- Oceania: £8.00

- Everywhere else: £8.00

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties or taxes when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included at checkout.

⚠️ Important for EU customers: Due to new European Union customs laws introduced on 1st July 2026, all commercial items entering the EU from the UK are now subject to customs duties. Your local delivery courier will likely charge a customs fee plus an administrative handling fee before they hand over your package. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Delays

Sometimes delivery can take a little longer than expected, especially for international orders if there are customs delays. Unfortunately this is beyond my control - I appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.
