How do I send you handwriting for a personalised order?
As soon as you have purchased your item, please reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the handwriting that you would like me to embroider, or email it to me at claire@deliciousmonstertea.com.
Please be aware that any delay in sending the photo may make it difficult for me to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery window.
I don't have handwriting for the exact message that I'd like embroidered. Can you help?
Absolutely! If you do not have a copy of the exact message that you would like, I can 'assemble' a message for you from one or more handwriting samples, e.g. a shopping list and/or birthday cards. As soon as you have made your order, simply reply to your confirmation email with any photos of the handwriting that you have, or email them to me at claire@deliciousmonstertea.com.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Yes - to add a gift note to your order, simply open the cart page and find where it says ‘Click here to add a gift note to your order’. I will handwrite your message onto a compliment slip for you, free of charge.
Do you offer exchanges?
I am currently able to offer exchanges on non-personalised items only. To arrange an exchange, simply contact me within two weeks of receiving your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the very small nature of my business I am currently unable to accept refunds. All sales are final. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. All orders are sent out in paper mail bags, or cardboard mail boxes, and wrapped in tissue paper, all of which is easily recyclable with your curb side waste collection.
Who makes your products?
Everything in my shop is made-to-order by me from my home studio in Cardiff. The t-shirts and handkerchiefs that I use are ethically and sustainably produced - you can read more about the production of these items and what else I am doing to improve the sustainability of my business here.
Can I send you something for you to embroider?
Yes, please! In the past I have embroidered kids’ denim jackets, wedding shoes, table runners and everything in between. Simply send me a message with information about what you'd like and I can get back to you with a price. More examples of my commission work can be seen here.
I’ve got an idea for something, but can’t find it on your website.
I am always open to new ideas and commissions. If you’d like me to make you something completely unique simply get in touch. Some examples of my previous work can be found here.
Can I machine wash my item?
Yes. All embroidered items are machine washable and suitable for ironing. Further care instructions are available here.
