Can I have my own slogan embroidered on a t-shirt?

Are your products ethically produced?
The t-shirts, sweatshirts and baby grows that I use are made from 100% organic cotton and are manufactured using green renewable energy from low-impact raw materials. You can read my full sustainability review here.

What size would be best for me?
Full sizing details can be found here. I’ve tried to provide as much detail on sizing as possible so that you can make sure you’re ordering the right size for you, but if you are still not sure, please feel free to send me a message here.
Do you offer t-shirts in plus sizes?
Yes, I offer t-shirts in sizes from XS – 4XL. You can see further information on sizing here and order oversized style tees up to 4XL here.
Do you sell men’s tees or anything for kids?
Most definitely! I like to think that I cater for everyone, no matter what your age, size or gender. You can view the full range here.
Do you sell sweatshirts?
I'm currently taking a break from selling the sweatshirts whilst I renovate my study (they take up a lot of space!) But, they will be back I promise. ETA March 2019.
What is the difference between the fitted and oversized style tees?
The fitted style tees are “women’s” and the oversized style tees are “men’s”. You can find full details on sizing here and the difference is explained a little more below:
Can I wash my hand embroidered items?
Everything that I sell can be washed, ironed and tumble dried as you would any other t-shirt. My embroidery is strong and I use super soft backing fabric behind the embroidery to ensure that the design stays perfect. There is a label with care instructions in every item.
P.S. I have hand embroidered items that have been washed weekly for over two years and the embroidery is still holding strong!
I'm worried that the back of the embroidery will irritate my baby's skin.
The back of all my embroidery is kept very neat and tidy, with no loose strands or scratchy fabric. The thread I use is 100% super soft cotton, plus all embroidery is backed with a small piece of backing fabric which is also beautifully soft. The result is that you cannot feel the embroidery, even when it is against your bare skin. You can see an example of the reverse of an embroidery here.
Can I request rainbow coloured thread?
If I could embroider every order in rainbow threads, I would! However, it takes a little longer than usual to use rainbow thread, so I charge an additional fee of £3.00. You can upgrade your order to rainbow thread here.
I want a slogan that is longer than the 15 character limit.
If you want to order an item with a longer slogan, simply purchase a ‘letter bonus’ here for £3.00 to upgrade your order. I have to charge a little extra for longer slogans, because they take longer to embroider.
I want the embroidery to be positioned centrally / on the back / on a sleeve.
As long as the embroidery you would like is under the character limit and will be the same size as if it was on the left breast, I am theoretically happy to embroider it anywhere for you! Simply add a note to your order to let me know where you would like it, e.g. "please embroider slogan front centre". If you'd like to discuss first, please feel free to contact me first.

Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers with values from £5 - £200 here.
How are orders packaged?
All orders and packaged by me (it's my favourite part of running the business!) I wrap t-shirts in pink cellophane and send in a silver hollographic foil mail bag that keeps your t-shirt safe and dry. I am currently working on the sustainability of my packaging - watch this space!
Do you accept returns?
Due to the very small nature of my business, I am currently unable to accept returns. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
