COVID-19 Update

In light of the current pandemic, I would like to reassure you that I am doing everything I can to prioritise the health and safety of my customers. I have outlined below some relevant information, but if you have any further questions please feel free to get in touch.

The lead time on most orders is currently 5 - 10 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product listing, e.g. pre-orders. I will continue to take new orders until I am otherwise unable. If this situation changes at any point (i.e. if Royal Mail services are affected), all outstanding orders will be offered a full refund.

I am adhering to all health and hygiene advice from the World Health Organisation and will only continue to fulfill orders as long as I am fit and healthy.
This from Royal Mail may offer further reassurance:
"Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water."

As always, if you wish to send your order to another individual as a gift, all orders are gift wrapped as standard with no price information and you can add a gift note at checkout. If you have any problems with this process, just let me know


Finally, I have unfortunately decided to make international orders temporarily unavailable due to the uncertainty of current customs controls.
I will continue to monitor the situation and adapt as necessary. This is a difficult time for everyone across the world and I appreciate all of your support of my small business.
